On the day before the reserved date, we will contact you by phone. Please let us know your phone number so that we can contact you. And please email us for confirmation from 3 days to the day before the reserved date in case that we can not phone you on the day before the reserved date. If we can not contact each other, please note that the reservation will be canceled.

About cancellation fee :
- Cancellation on the day before reserved date : 50% of the fee.
- Cancellation on the day of reserved date : 100% of the fee.
